Omnichannel Communication Data: Call recordings, call metadata (duration, timestamp, caller/callee numbers), AI-generated transcripts & sentiment scores; inbound/outbound WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram messages and associated media/metadata.

Login Credentials: Including username, password, registered email, and password recovery details (e.g., security question and answer).
